Compassionate Mental Health Care

Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience providing individual, couples, and family counseling, with a particular focus on women’s emotional wellness, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. I work with women experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship stress, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and the emotional impact of balancing work, caregiving, and changing roles.
My approach is compassionate and nonjudgmental, while also grounded in practical, evidence-based strategies. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen communication, and build healthier boundaries—helping clients feel more confident, connected, and aligned with their values in both personal and relational areas of life.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College. I also complete ongoing continuing education to stay current with research, clinical best practices, and effective treatment approaches.
Please feel free to email or text me to schedule your first session.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals, couples, and families understand how thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors influence personal well-being and relationships. This approach is effective for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, communication difficulties, and relational conflict. I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized strategies that support healing, growth, and lasting change.
My focus areas include women’s emotional wellness, couples and family dynamics, and major life transitions such as relationship changes, career shifts, and family transitions. I help individuals, couples, and families identify recurring patterns, heal emotional wounds, and develop healthier ways of relating and moving forward together.
