I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals understand how thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors shape their experiences and overall well-being. This work is especially effective for concerns such as anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach, helping you gain insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.
My focus areas include women’s emotional wellness and major life transitions such as relationship changes, career shifts, and personal growth. I work with individuals who are seeking deeper insight into their patterns, support in processing emotional wounds, and meaningful, lasting change in how they relate to themselves and others.
